July 15 (Bylaws) – Send procedures for nomination and election to total membership 30 days prior to such nominations and elections.
July 15 "Call for Applications" in From Your Chamber
July 29 2nd "Call for Applications" in From Your Chamber
August 15 Deadline for Applications
August 16 - 31 Nominating Committee Reviews Applications, selects slate of candidates, interview candidates & confirm their intentions
Sept. (Exec.Com Mtg) Nominating Committee finalizes nominations and submits to the Executive Committee for review and recommendation to the full Board.
Sept. (Bd Mtg) Slate of nominees reviewed and ratified at Board Meeting.
Nominating Committee Procedures

The chair-elect of the board shall serve as chair of the nominating committee. If that person is unable or unwilling to serve as chair, the sitting chair shall preside over the nominating committee. The committee shall be comprised of the chair elect, the current chair and two current board members in good standing. Should the current chair or immediate past chair be unwilling or unable to serve, the chair elect shall select a board member in good standing to serve in their stead. The chair elect, the current chair and the immediate past chair shall select two board members in good standing to complete the nominating committee so that it is comprised of no less than 5 current directors, including the chair elect, who serves as the chair of the nominating committee.
Not later than the annual September Board Meeting, the chair elect shall ensure nominations are presented to the Board for approval.
The nominating committee will meet as required to fill any vacancies in the Board, in accordance with the Bylaws, Article III, Section 15, Vacancies.
