Being a Chamber Ambassador, as well as the Multimedia Sales Consultant for the Huntsville Item, allows me to foster connections between businesses, promote economic growth, and support the local community. In my professional career, I have had many opportunities to visit with many of the community members, small businesses, and other Chamber members. I enjoy making these connections. Being a Chamber Ambassador has solidified many of those relationships and allowed many to become more than a professional relationship, many have become friends.
I love building the relationships while learning how the different businesses can impact the community.

In my role as Economic Development Director I target activities and programs that work to improve the economic well being and quality of life in Huntsville by building local wealth, diversifying the economy, creating and retaining jobs and building the local tax base. Additionally, I direct the operations of the Main Street Program Cultural Services division including the Wynne Home Arts and Visitor Center and the Tourism Division, including the Sam Houston State Visitor Center.
I am very passionate about supporting my local community. We have an amazing business community filled with so many incredible business owners and I find joy in bringing great people together so we can flourish in excellence as a community. As an ambassador, I am committed to creating connection and being the source of connectivity for our members.
The Chamber is a great platform to meet other business owners and help each other grow their businesses. Everyone is truly involved to help others and give what they can in support, a friendship or business connection. I have enjoyed getting to know the chamber members on a different level and look forward to working side by side to support our community.
