Join Chamber ambassadors, directors, and staff as we celebrate one of our new members, Kudos, with a ribbon cutting! This is the first ever Kudos, a new-to-industry branded convenience retail marketplace with remodeled store and kitchens serving a new menu of Heroes’ Chicken recipes and Mexican cuisine from Big Madre Tacos y Tortas. An open house will be held on Thursday, September 28, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. with presentations and ribbon cutting at 10:45 a.m. They are located at 601 State Highway 75 North in Huntsville.
The event is designed to give attendees an opportunity to connect with the smiling faces working in, and behind the scenes at, Huntsville’s newest convenience marketplace with a remodeled, welcoming store; kitchens with chef-designed fresh food options; and reliable vehicle fueling stations. Guests will be treated to:
- complimentary samples from Heroes’ Chicken and Big Madre Tacos y Tortas,
- promotional gifts and prize opportunities from Kudos, Big Madre Tacos y Tortas, and several of our suppliers and vendors
- an opportunity to meet, mingle and receive valuable information from the Kudos team, first responders and other local heroes, community partners, and special guests.
Chamber ambassadors, members and staff also are invited to participate in a Grand Opening Community Appreciation Event Recognizing Huntsville area heroes that will be hosted by Kudos on Saturday, September 30, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Guests will enjoy entertainment, free samples, promotional giveaways, prizes, and special guests. The Huntsville Fire Department and other local first responders plan to participate and share safety information. The H.E.A.R.T.S. Veterans Museum of Texas, local veterans organizations, and other local heroes plan to participate and share information on their organizations, too.
The Kudos team is dedicated to enriching the lives and communities of people they serve, including their customers, the everyday heroes fueling the neighborhoods where they live and work. Kudos demonstrates its commitment to community well-being through local collaborations and by recognizing and serving first responders and other heroes.
